Here are a few reasons.

2. Al Virtue is our only inspector. He will welcome you to attend the entire inspection and explain all his findings to you personally.

3. Only a very few inspection companies throughout the entire state of California can match our experience, knowledge and credentials. 

4. We dare to go where others refuse. We walk most roofs, including concrete tile roofs. We enter attics and under house crawl spaces as far as we can physically go. 

5. We test irrigation systems adjacent to the house. Most inspectors don't. 

We document our findings in a clear and authoritative way. Our reports include photographs and illustrations. We do not use check boxes or hand written notes. Our reports take longer to prepare, adding at least an hour of our office time. We feel the extra time is worth it to you.
